Pages to Print and Repro for the Workbook

Printing Instructions

1. Run your Netscape browser (release 4 or later)
2. Go to: File/Page Setup on the browser menu bar.
3. Uncheck all of the checkboxes in the Header and Footer information setup areas.
4. Print the cover and the copyright.
5. Reopen the settings: File/Page Setup.
6. In the Header information area, check the Document Location (URL) checkbox.
7. Then print the rest of the pages: click the second hyperlink in the list, and print; then click the Back button and go to the third hyperlink in the list, print, go back, and so on.
8. Repro from these pages double-sided.
9. The copyright page is the inside of the front cover; so even the cover is double-sided.
