  1. Use this form to place an order or to request information.

  2. Select "Send to Tricepts" at the bottom of the page after filling the form.

  3. This form is handled without encryption which means that credit card numbers and other input is not transmitted securely. We have not found this to be a problem, but if you are concerned about submitting your credit card number over the net, you may leave that information blank and deliver it by phone or fax.

  4. If you order by credit card or with a purchase order, your video will be shipped right away. Otherwise, shipment will occur upon receipt of payment.

  5. Make checks payable to Tricepts Productions.

  6. Add $10.00 for shipping to rentals and purchases. Shipping charges do not apply to previews.

  7. Preview price will be deducted if purchased within 60 days. Previews must be returned by UPS within five (5) working days of receipt.

  8. Rentals are for a single showing only. If you need more than that, please call for details. Rentals are shipped to arrive two (2) days prior to your show date and must be returned to us by UPS within two (2) days thereafter.

  9. Sales tax must be paid where applicable.

  10. We ship 1/2-inch videotape unless you call us and request another format (DVD, PAL, SECAM, etc.)

  11. Shipping charges are higher outside North America.

  12. Quantity discounts:

    • Purchase any two videos: deduct $50.
    • Purchase any three videos: deduct $150.
